Corona soliloquy 2022

August 20th 2022

Corona monologue, concerning "working at home". Performed for Remo's Instagram channel
Working from home doesn't suit everyone - working from home might not be suited to everyone's personality or ability. Some employees might prefer the routine and structure that working in an office environment provides them. Some staff may prefer personal interaction with colleagues and also find face-to-face guidance with their manager extremely beneficial in helping them complete tasks and achieve their goals. You also need to be mindful of employees with a disability. Working from home may have a negative impact on the support they need to do their job. Working from home may also not fit in with everyone's home-life eg some people may have young children that may be unaware of boundaries and cause interruptions during the working day. Others may not have the physical space required to create a suitable dedicated working area.

#New movie Remo collaborated on coming out in US-theaters this May

May 1st 2019

Seeking to build a bridge of mutual understanding and friendship, a Canadian-Egyptian entrepreneur living in Switzerland decides to reach out to the very people who fear him. He travels across the United States to find Americans concerned about an Islamic threat and makes them an intriguing offer: a Free Trip to Egypt.
The initial reactions range from disbelief to hostility, but eventually a diverse group from various backgrounds is selected, including: a teacher, a police officer, a Marine veteran, a single mom, a preacher and a beauty pageant queen. All have their preconceptions but are receptive and courageous enough to embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

"A wonderful and warm-hearted movie, which turns prejudice into tolerance.

Remo Vinzens

Creative consultant

"The film for me is not about making any group look good or bad.  It is about seeing what magic can occur between people when we connect at a human level."

Tarek Mounib, Producer

"Directing Free Trip to Egypt was one of the most exhilarating and worthwhile challenges I have tackled so far."

#Drama students on working with Remo

Januar 1ts 2019

2018 was a busy year - not only with "Acting" but also with "Teaching Acting Technique".
Have a look below read some reviews from Actors who have worked with Remo on acting in 2018.
"I had the privilege of having private sessions with Remo Vinzens. The way Remo encourages and inspires you from the very first second is ineffable! Not only does Remo explain, show and teach acting, but he also plays and lives the art of acting so that the student learns and profits from his knowledge and his talent. His adivse and thoughts were always constructive and helpful to improve and to refine your own acting skills. I learnt a lot and it also was a hell of a lot of fun! Thank you very much, Remo!" Eric Gasser, USA/Switzerland
"I have been taking private lessons with Remo Vinzens for a while now. I must say that Remo is a very inspirational, professional, entertaining and very competent teacher.  Acting is not something like mathematics that can be taught through logic and explanation. Remo understands this very well and is able to help the student use his own introspective ability and talent to find his/her own acting style.
It is a real pleasure and privilege to have Remo as a teacher, because he not only imparts a great deal of wisdom and experience through his teaching, but you also feel you are in presence of a true professional.  His acting room is like a “Holywood-Oasis” in the middle of Zurich :-)
